Project Introduction:

AFRA CROWN cannot be used normally due to cable entanglement and needs to be replaced. The owners of AFRA CROWN are the customers served by China Shipping Anchor Chain. In 20xx, they purchased 87mm anchor chain for half of their ship sets. The ship this time is the sister ship that ordered the anchor chain before, so the anchor chain model and certificate are the same. The customer told us that the AFRA CROWN would stop at a port in China for only three days, while we only had one day to prepare the goods. After receiving the demand, China Shipping Anchor Chain started the emergency plan, and contacted the warehouse management Department to confirm the goods. It was found that there was a corresponding type of anchor chain in the inventory, which only needed to be painted. In order to ensure the delivery on time, the colleagues in charge of delivery in the production workshop volunteered to work overtime to dip the paint and informed the customer to come to the factory to pick up the goods the next day. The whole process was perfectly seamless and helped the customer to complete the anchor chain replacement in time.
